Hawaii Trampoline Parks

Currently the iTrampoline Indoor Trampoline Family Fun Park is the only indoor trampoline park located in Hawaii. The park is located in the town of Kapolei on the island of O’ahu. The large arena features over 14,000 square feet of inter-connected trampolines. The trampoline surfaces cover the floors and the angled walls preventing jumpers from falling off. The trampoline arena structure is covered with thick padding for additional safety. Participants jump, bounce and flip on the trampolines which enhances balance, flexibility, coordination, reaction speed, timing & agility. Jumping on trampolines is also a great form of exercise and has been shown to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour.

iTrampoline has organized competitive dodgeball leagues that consist of teams of 8 participants. The teams compete on Thursday nights in a 7 week season with each team playing 3 games per night every week. The double elimination championship games are held during the 8th week.

Special Birthday party packages are available at iTrampoline Park. These comprehensive party packages include jump time and a reserved party space with pizza, drinks, paper goods and set up and clean up.

Before you can participate you are required to sign a waiver. Jumpers under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The required iTrampoline Hawaii Trampoline Park waiver can be obtained from the park’s website. Discount admission prices are available by booking you trampoline session online.
