Montana Trampoline Parks

The trampoline parks located in Montana offer indoor activity and recreation for children and adults. Participants jump, bounce, and flip on the trampolines which enhances balance, flexibility, coordination, reaction speed, and agility. The trampolines are not only fun but also provide a great form of aerobic exercise. Jumping on trampolines has been shown to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. Both Montana trampoline park locations offer trampoline aerobic fitness classes. The group packages often include discounted trampoline jump time along with private party rooms and food options.

In order to participate at one of the Montana trampoline parks you will be required to sign a waiver. Jumpers under the age of 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be obtained from the website of each trampoline park location. It is recommended to complete the waiver before arriving at the park.
