The large indoor arenas feature connected trampolines that cover the floor and portions of the walls. These trampolines provide for jumping, bouncing and tumbling in a safe fun environment. Participants can also practice aerial tricks by jumping into the large foam pits that are available at most locations. Basketball courts that include trampolines allow young kids to slam basketballs like their NBA heroes. Another popular activity is playing the game of Dodgeball on the trampolines. To jump at any trampoline park, you will have to sign a waiver. Children under 18 will need to have a waiver signed by an adult. The most convenient way to do this is to visit the facility's website, or you can do it in person.
